Monterey Marriott

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The location was good. We didn't make use of the breakfast or the restaurant on-site. Would suggest as long as guests are notified prior to reserving the parking situation of either valet or parking garage a couple of blocks away.

The hotel was very nice and clean, pretty big

First impression was the good size room. We had the 2 queens city view. Maybe not everyone would love it, but we had a view of a very old ornate building right across the street. It was beautifully done with intricate concrete or stone carvings, gargoyles and all. Look to one side it’s downtown and mountains and other side mountains. The beds were done with good quality bedding and beds were very comfortable. I usually stay in cannery row but I really enjoyed this location as well. More by old downtown with cute shops. And a very pleasant walk to the municipal wharf with lots of restaurants. Also a great place to start a bike ride along the water toward cannery row. Very nice bike trail.

This Marriott is excellent. The minute we walked into the lobby the staff took extra care of us. We were met with smiling faces from every single person we encountered. From the valet, to the front desk, and restaurant staff everyone was so kind.

Excellent hotel. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Valet parking was good service. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Had a washer/dryer on our floor which available for use. Staff at reception thought it costed but is actually free so that’s a bonus. Good location for the Main Street with nice restaurants. Overall great experience.
